The glasses have excellent properties: they are suitable for baking and can even be frozen. However, one should avoid large temperature jumps. For example, do not put hot glass in cold water. It is not recommended to use it in the microwave or oil-containing foods. The glasses are dishwasher safe, the bails aren’t.
